Did you know that


The consumption of black chickpeas dates back to the Egiptian and Greek populations. That product was believed to have aphrodisiac properties. It's suggested to pre-soak legumes for 12 hours in order to reduce their cooking times and enhance their nutritional values. Better to add salt at the end of the cooking in order to avoid the peel thickness. Either in soaking than on cooking it's suggested to add the Kombu seaweed in order to let the peel to be softer and better to digest.
